The Mountain View Regional Water Services Commission owns and operates the Anthony Henday Water Treatment Plant, which is situated on the banks of the Red Deer River northwest of Innisfail.

     It is a regional water treatment plant which serves a growing population of 25,000 people in the six communities of Innisfail, Bowden, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs and Crossfield.
